Ibrahim Foundation
The Ibrahim Foundation offers grants between £500 - £10,000 to organisations that aim to improve the quality of life for people and communities in the UK.

The fund likes to consider work that others my find hard to fund and looks for situations where small amounts of fund will make a significant impact.
They are particularly interested in:
. Community Building
. Environment
. Strengthening Nonprofits
. Supporting Families

There is a two step application process, starting with the submission of a brief letter of inquiry.

Further details on the application process are available at: www.ibrahimfoundation.com or email: grants@ibrahimfoundation.com

The Batty Charitable Trust
The Batty Charitable Trust will generally support smaller charities in the UK and especially those working at grass roots and local community level. One year grants of between £1,000 and £10,000 are normally given to charities which can demonstrate that such a grant will make a significant difference to their work.

Large national charities will normally not be considered, nor will multi-year funding.

There are no deadlines for submission. Applications will be received at all times but please note that it may take up to four months to obtain a decision from Trustees. Applicants should apply for funding at least six months before the funding is required.
